Jo Ann, I get your e-mails and I have received postcards from you. I’ve been an agent for a long time and am currently with Gold Star. I was with Century 21 for 14 years. Anyway, I watched you sell your listing on Addison in Encino fairly fast for this market. I have had a listing in Sherman Oaks for months- it looked pretty comparable to your Addison listing and mine has yet to sell.
Can you tell me what you think really sold the Addison home? I usually get a feel for what sells one of my listings, so I thought I would ask you. I have never written to an agent I don’t know to ask such a question before, but I am impressed that you did something I’m beginning to think isn’t possible!
